Very Impressive??

I took my onkyo receiver here for a warranty covered repair. When I think of electronic repair shops I imagine dusty old shops littered with defunct electronics, so this place really took me by surprise. I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the shop - very high tech and clean. The receptionist was quick, efficient, and courteous. When I dropped the receiver off they told me there was a 10-14 day wait in order to take a look at it, which was not the greatest news, but fortunately they called me 8 days later to tell me the work was done. They replaced some capacitors and the receiver works perfectly now. Another reviewer mentioned that the repairs here are expensive, and I can't comment on that aspect because mine was covered by a factory warranty, but overall I was really impressed by the quality of service I received here.

Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt service on my Denon amp. I certainly will recommend your business to anyone I know that can benefit from what you do. Truly refreshing in this day of no one cares to have pro's who get the job done right and fast.

I have had several items repaired by JUST AUDIO and have nothing but the highest regard for the service they provide! I had one reciever looked at and was told it was just too old to repair [parts no longer available]. One crossover I had looked at I has told there was nothing wrong [I had hooked it up wrong!!!] and several other very successful repairs. You can't find better service, more honest advice, or better pricing [though it may seem expensive, try to find better cheaper!!!] I will continue to be a happy customer!! Skip

I am a musician who frequently travels and occasionally needs to have professional grade equipment fixed quickly. Recently, I brought a workstation (Yamaha MOTIF ES6) in to have repairs done. I had tried to have this fixed at two other locations, one of which was an authorized Yamaha Repair Center. Neither place was able to figure out the problem. I left the MOTIF at one of the locations for over 6 weeks and they barely looked at it! After months of trying to get this thing fixed, I found Just Audio. The customer service was incredible and they fixed the problem on top of that! I literally drove hundreds of miles to get to their location...I would do it again with out reservation (and most likely will in the future!). Thanks guy's for all of the hard work and thanks for actually picking up the phone when I call!
