If shipping to us be sure your equipment is packed well. Using the original box and packing is recommended. If not available we suggest using a box with 3-4 inches of space around your unit wrapping the equipment at least 4 times with bubblewrap. Fill any empty area with additional bubblewrap or peanuts. Shipping equipment in plain paper or just peanuts IS NOT recommended.

For equipment that is under warranty please include a copy of your receipt where it was purchased. Equipment that is out of warranty please include a check or money order for the diagnostic fee or we can contact you for credit card info when the equipment arrives. Please see the services page for diagnostic price list.

Return shipping: If your equipment is under warranty most manufacturers will cover return shipping. If not or your equipment is out of warranty all return shipping fees will be applied.
