I have a home audio unit that needs repair, what do I do now?

Bring your equipment in anytime during business hours (no appointment necessary).

There is a $40 diagnostic fee when you drop a unit off. This fee is non-refundable (it covers our technicians time diagnosing your unit) but is applied towards any repair cost.

Our staff will check your unit in and ask you a few questions regarding what issues you are experiencing.

Our technicians are running about 7-10 business days before they look at your unit. Please also allow a few additional days for troubleshooting/parts research. Once diagnosed they will call you with an estimate for repair.


How does your pro audio repair process work?

Once diagnosed they will call you with an estimate for repair.


I can't wait 7 business days for a diagnostic, what can I do?

We offer a RUSH service in which your equipment will be looked at by our technicians for evaluation within 24 to 48 hours of drop off. This service is an additional $50 charge that is not applied to your repair cost.


Do you sell audio equipment?

Of course! We have a large selection that constantly changes. We sell everything from Vintage to Brand New equipment.


Do you buy audio equipment?

We purchase vintage audio equipment.

We also allow you to trade equipment in for store credit towards future purchases (this can not be applied towards a repair).


Do you repair car audio?

No. We do not repair any type of car audio.
